Form 990 is the IRS' primary tool for gathering information about tax-exempt organizations, educating organizations about tax law requirements and promoting compliance. Organizations also use the Form 990 to share information with the public about their programs.
Form W-9 provides personal identifiable information to a person or business used for reporting income paid to individuals such as self-employed people like independent contractors, freelancers, vendors or other customers.
A nonprofit annual report is an externally-facing resource that recaps an organization's accomplishments and challenges within a year. The Papillion Community Foundation releases its annual report every February.
